I'm a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Wisconsin and North Carolina offering weekend and evening psychotherapy services via telehealth. I am also credentialed via PSYPACT opening up telehealth services in 34 active states.
I'm so happy you're here and looking forward to connecting. My focus is to help you feel better and live life more fully. I have worked with clients across adulthood and those experiencing a multitude of psychological as well as medical concerns. I recognize how debilitating these experiences can be and how they change one’s life in a vast number of ways. Change is really difficult, even under the best of circumstances, and regardless of the concern that has brought you to seek therapy, this is an important first step towards feeling better. It is a privilege to support my patients during these times and I look forward to supporting you in this journey.

I utilize a thoughtful values-based discussion, exploration of problematic patterns, and adaptive strategies to manage psychological distress. Sessions may focus on processing particularly difficult experiences or building skills to manage particular symptoms. I emphasize the value of the protected space within psychotherapy and the therapeutic environment where I focus on essential components such as compassion, empathy, and learning what strategies work for you.
